Scratchboard art - A technique using an X-acto knife to scratch off black in that is on Ampersand Claybord. Many hours are invested into this medium as each layer is gently scratched off to expose the white clay under the ink. After the piece is finished, a UV varnish is applied using many layers to protect the surface. This art can be displayed in a frame without glass.

Nautical Acrylic Paintings
